I live in Iowa and love it, dearly. You've captured it well.
I'm not sure where Walnut, IA and need to peek at a map. I am terrible with geography, in other words. Among other things...
But I live in Burlington, IA along the Mississippi. SE IA, in other words. There are quite a few windmills in the country. Do you miss IA/the Mid-West, I wonder?
With that, hope all's well and I enjoyed your earthworms comment on my blog. You can only save so much. I know. :)
