Oh wow...this is just incredible! The golden tones and your composition are stellar. It reminds me of a scene from Gone With The Wind...as scene I have never forgotten :)
Are you trying to make me jealous?! I love trees! This is a marvelous tree in the golden light. I have one on my blog, but it's far away and not nearly so stunning! I'll have to practice more...

"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow." – Melody Beattie

Looking, Walking, Being
I look and look. Looking's a way of being: one becomes, sometimes, a pair of eyes walking. Walking wherever looking takes one.
The eyes dig and burrow into the world. They touch fanfare, howl, madrigal, clamor. World and the past of it, not only visible present, solid and shadow that looks at one looking.
And language? Rhythms of echo and interruption? That's a way of breathing.
breathing to sustain looking, walking and looking, through the world, in it.

Beautiful photo!
Also interesting that you have your comments font color ths same as our blog. They're invisible unless you highlight it.
Very nice catch.
